Yield Software Gets $6M Infusion

An Internet marketing software provider, Yield Software, has secured $6 million in Series B funding – the round was led by Draper Fisher Jurvetson and includes the WPP Group.

Yield Software has been designed to enable marketers to grow their traditional media offerings online. The company’s automated system allows marketers to cherry-pick ads from a vast interactive advertising platform, including paid and organic search. It also offers a suite of ad tools, like search-engine marketing, search-engine optimization and landing-page optimization.
